Germany (3,20), Canada (10,18), Australia (14,10), Netherlands (18,11), and Switzerland (20,3) are in the top twenty list of GDP and GDP per capita ranking. In PPP, United States (2,10) is present in the top ten, whereas Saudi Arabia (17,18) is in the top twenty of both rankings.
